Privacy notice
Last updated: September 2, 2026
Minipouce is a baby registry operated from France. We are preparing a United States version and this page is part of that preview. This notice explains what we collect on us.minipouce.com, why, and how to get it removed.
What you give us
When you sign up, we record:
- your email address
- your first name, last name and city
- your due date
- your partner's first name and email address, if you choose to add them
If you continue with Google, Google sends us your name and email address instead. If you sign up with an email, the form also asks you to pick a password. We do not keep it: it is discarded as soon as the form is submitted, and no account is created at this stage.
What we collect automatically
Your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page that referred you, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to measure how people move through the page, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads work. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone beyond those measurement tools.
Why we collect it
To find out whether it is worth launching Minipouce in the United States, and to let you know when we do. That is the whole purpose. Your information is not used for anything else.
Where it goes
Your information is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States. Minipouce is a French company, so it handles it under French and European data protection rules. It is kept while we run this evaluation, and deleted when we no longer need it or when you ask us to.
Your choices
Write to hey@minipouce.fr and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No account or proof of identity needed beyond the email address you signed up with.
Children
This page is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
